RW Consulting’s owner, Ruth Waring, is a passionate advocate of equality and diversity in the logistics profession.  

She is the Founder (along with UKWA CEO Clare Bottle) of Women in Logistics UK (WIL), a forum within the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport - CILT Ireland.

Women in Logistics UK has championed women working in the logistics profession.  From showcasing amazing female role models, opening up opportunities, connecting people through networking and enabling women to become more confident and empowered, Women in Logistics UK has truly been a force for good in logistics since its inception in 2008. 

Ruth offers consultancy services for those interested in organizing events for women or establishing a women’s network within their organisation.
